Inclusive leaders have the ability to help foster and maintain a diverse and inclusive environment.  Inclusive leaders effectively empower their team and hold them accountable while demonstrating courage and humility.

I created a web-based pre-assessment to supplement a blended learning course I developed to help build inclusive leaders.  The pre-assessment is meant to set a baseline and identify any gaps prior to participating in the course so that participants are able to focus on cultivating the attributes that they may not be exhibiting as strongly.
